Objective

For over 20 years I was in responsible management positions in the project management of infrastructure projects and in the area of infrastructure related management consulting  (in 1994 – 2014 as a partner in New Europe Limited, a management consulting company based in Richmond, VA). Since the late 1990s, the company was serving Western businesses on the Russian market. International giants like AT&T, Motorola, Lucent Technologies, Deutsche Bank and Samsung were among our clients. NELtd also provided consulting and representative services for a number of non-governmental and academic institutions, including the Kennan Institute (with offices in Moscow and Kiev), the Ford Foundation and the Eurasia Foundation.

During the years 2004-2009 I’ve been the responsible Project Director for a number of high-end residential projects in Moscow and region. Since 2009 I live in Germany, recently working as a Project Director or Senior Consultant for German and international clients in Russia and all over Europe.

Civil Engineer Diploma with extensive training in CAD and computer sciences, Bridges and Tunnels department. During the study had a break for military service (1987-1989).
